Hi Outlery Family!
Before we proceed, we'd like to apologize everyone for the delay in replying to your comments, messages and emails.
We are really Sorry!
Our communication with you all has been really very effective throughout but the last 3-4 weeks have been an exception. We are a small team and all the focus was on fulfilment. As mentioned in our last update, we tried our best to ship everything out for you guys but unfortunately we under-estimated the peak holiday season. We have updated about 600 tracking numbers for Indiegogo contributors. Rest will be updated in the next week or so hopefully. The estimated shipping time for Indiegogo contributions was December as mentioned on our page but we really wanted to ship before Christmas.
We are especially sorry to all those who ordered Outlery as a Christmas present. We understand the value of a nicely packed Christmas present but we thought you might want to share with your loved ones that you have ordered Outlery and its on the way.

We'd also request you to please join our facebook group below where backers are posting pictures of the rewards. It's a very vibrant group where backers are sharing feedback and updates regarding the product and shipping and a lot of your questions will get answered.

For all those who are recieving their perks, please rest assured we stand behind our product and will offer replacment for all damages. We produced thousands of sets and its impossible for us to inspect each and every piece. We also can't under-estimate the way packages are handled during shipping. We are dedicating more people to helping with customer service and assure you that our communication will be fast and effective after the 25th.

Hello Awesome Family Members:
We're glad to inform you that we'll deliver ahead of our estimated shipping time.
We'll start our shipping operations from November.
So it's time to have a final look at the shipping addresses. If you want to make final changes to your address, please drop us an email at [email protected].
All orders placed by the end of October will be shipped in Nov.
All orders placed in November will be shipped in the last week of Nov and first week of December.
Here is a sneak peak into what you'll be getting :).
We have also redesigned Outlery boxes to match the cutlery colors.

We really hope you'll like all the chanegs we have made. We can't wait to get these awesome sets in your hands and take a step towards a plastic free future.

We are sending surveys today :).
Please fill in the surveys as soon as possible so that we can begin production and ship you ahead of the estimated time.
A few things to keep in mind.
What is the difference between a Sharp Knife and a TSA Compliant Knife?
In the Cutlery & Full Set section you will be asked to choose between a Sharp Knife and a TSA Compliant knife.
Sharp Knife: This knife is great for everyday use and for outdoors. It's serrated and will cut through steak easily.
TSA Compliant: This is more of a butter knife. It's not sharp. It won't cut through meat. It's made following the guidelines set forth by the TSA.

What is the difference between Full Set in 1 Box & Full Set in 2 Boxes?
In the full set section you will be asked to choose 1 box or 2 boxes. 1 box will fit cutlery and chopsticks all in one container. It will also fit the straw if you decide to add it from the add-on section at the end of the survey.
2 boxes, as the name suggests will have a seprate box for cutlery and a separate container for chopsticks. Straw will still fit in the cutlery box even if you choose to go with 2 boxes.
