We wanted to send this update at a time when we have taken care of all your orders and replacements. Today, we are happy to share that ALL orders, Replacements and Lost Packages have been reshipped.
We are also happy to share that our website is live as well and we have partnered up with fulfillment centres in the US, UK and AU for next day shipping.

Dear Outlery Family,
We hope all of you are doing great.
Just wanted to share a quick update with you all regarding shipping.
Please remember that this shipping update applies only to those who contributed before 1st August.
For those who contributed after 01 August, we plan on shipping everything before end of month.

In the last update we talked about shipments to ID, TH, PH and HK. We are glad to inform that we were able to ship PH and some TH shipments. For those who didnt get their tracking numbers yet, you will get them before the end of this month.
Apart from these countries we have about 200 shipments for the US that will be shipped this week as well.
We have some exciting news to share with you all in the coming days :).

Hi Outlery Family,
Hope all you guys are doing good. Just wanted to update you on our shipping and replacements status.
We are left with TH, PH, ID and a few other countries because DHL Ecommerce had suspended their service.
95% of you guys must have your tracking numbers in your backerkit already.
We will be closing our Indiegogo campaign this month and the target is to ship all packages including China and Hong Kong in a few days.

Hi Outlery Family,
This is a quick update but hopefully will answer the delivery questions all of you have been asking for:).
Please check your backerkits/Emails. We have just uploaded tracking numbers for most of the orders placed after Dec 31st. These are DHL tracking numbers so please keep an eye on your pacakges. We have sent contributions via DHL to all the countries except for the US, UK, HK, JP and TW.
US: US packages have been shipped by USPS and tracking numbers have been uploaded as well. Some pacakges are still being shipped out.
UK: UK orders have been shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class and as a result we dont have the trackign numbers but we will upload the reference numbers tomorrow. So please keep an eye on your mailboxes as well :).
